Bespoke millwork and furniture
Febaro’s joinery covers bespoke furniture and architectural woodwork for homes, hotels, offices, and retail. We combine traditional methods—solid wood construction, veneering, lining, carving, and finishing—with CNC machining so pieces fit the drawings and survive daily use. Wardrobes, feature walls, reception desks, and loose furniture are made as one coordinated package, not a collection of suppliers.

Wayfinding, graphics, and brand in the space
Signage is part of the fit-out, not an afterthought stuck on at handover. We produce 2D and 3D letters, wayfinding, UV and digital graphics, acrylic displays, and graphic light boxes for hospitality, retail, corporate, and public interiors across the UAE. Laser cutting, UV print, and CNC keep edges clean and brand colours true to the specification.

Railings, cladding, and fabricated steel
The metal shop fabricates railings, composite cladding, decorative furniture, and structural steel to the same drawings as the joinery. CNC punching, folding, shearing, and plasma cutting keep lines sharp; welding and finishing happen in sequence with the rest of the fit-out so metal does not arrive as a separate contractor’s problem.

Partitions, doors, and architectural glass
Glass partitions, doors, balustrades, and feature panels are cut, formed, and finished for UAE interiors: frameless systems, laminated and double glazing, coloured and sandblasted glass, plus installation and replacement. Waterjet, CNC, bending, and automated finishing keep edges consistent with the architectural intent.

Vanities, counters, and seamless built-ins
Solid surface is used where stone is too heavy or joints cannot show: vanities, kitchen and pantry counters, reception tops, and integrated furniture. We match marble and timber looks to the wider joinery package, using CNC routing, pressing, and edge banding so the piece reads as architecture rather than a glued slab.

Seating, walls, and tailored fabric work
Seating, headboards, wall upholstery, and loose furniture are tailored in specified fabrics and leathers, with foam, feather, and other fillings as the drawings require. Hospitality and residential work both need the same discipline: pattern matching, seams that last, and a finish that photographs and wears. We work to the FF&E schedule so upholstery lands with the joinery, not weeks after.

Floors, counters, and wet-area stone
Stone and marble are templated, cut, and installed as floors, counters, cladding, and wet areas. We mix traditional setting with modern cutting so book-matched walls and kitchen islands actually line up on site. Hospitality bathrooms, villa kitchens, and lobby floors are treated as one material package with the rest of the fit-out.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting
Fit-out fails when services ignore the ceiling and the joinery. Febaro coordinates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and communications with the interior package: containment, HVAC interfaces, wet services, and lighting layouts that match the reflected ceiling plan. The aim is a space that commissions cleanly, meets UAE regulations, and does not need a second contractor to “make the services work”.

Detection, suppression, and protection systems
A finished interior is not complete until people can get out and the building can hold a fire. Febaro supplies and installs fire and life-safety protection as part of the package: detection and alarm, sprinklers and firefighting, emergency and exit lighting, suppression where the occupancy needs it, and the interfaces with MEP and civil works so compartments, doors, and ceilings actually perform. Design, installation, testing, and handover are run to UAE Civil Defence requirements—not left as a specialist who arrives after the joinery is already in.

Partitions, plaster, tile, and interior civil
Civil trades inside the building—gypsum partitions and ceilings, plastering, tiling, granite setting, and the site preparation those finishes need—are run as part of the fit-out, not as a leftover from the main contractor. We sequence them with MEP first-fix and joinery so walls, floors, and wet areas are ready when millwork arrives.

UAE permits, NOCs, and authority sign-off
A finished interior cannot open until the authorities sign it off. Febaro manages the drawings, submissions, and follow-up for UAE fit-out approvals: Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RTA, free-zone and healthcare authorities, food and trade licences, swimming-pool and mezzanine permits, villa approvals, and the developer NOCs—Emaar, Nakheel, Deyaar, DAMAC, DIFC—that sit on the same programme as the joinery. Permits run with the fit-out, not as a separate consultant who arrives after the millwork is already in.
